We Confirm Delivery
We deliver to certain areas on certain days. As soon as we have your order, we will put it in with your area. Of course, we will confirm when your food will be delivered.
We Prepare Your Order
We put all your goodies together and ensure that its all packed and ready for delivery.
Your Delicious Food Is Delivered
Once we have confirmed the day your food will be delivered, it will be delivered. All you need to do is put your food in the freezer and only defrost a tub at a time as needed. Your food and treats contain no preservatives, so once defrosted, please keep it in the fridge.

Yes, we love duck! Duck pet mince contains all the great nutritional parts of the duck (hearts, livers, lungs) and our ducks are all free-range, grain-fed and most importantly hormone and antibiotic free.

How do I order?
Please go to our products page and select the items you would like to order. Please add them to your cart.
How many items do I need to order as minimum quantity?
We have a minimum order of 5, but you can mix and match. E.g.: 3 tubs of food and 2 tubs of treats.
How long does the food keep for?
Our food is sold frozen. In the Freezer it will last for 9 months. Once defrosted, please keep the food, and treats in the fridge. Please use a tub within 5 days.
How does delivery work?
We deliver to certain areas on certain days. Our delivery runs from 10:00 – 14:00 in those areas. If you won’t be home, but be at work, rather use work as your delivery address.

How much do I feed my dog?
The feeding guidelines are set out as follows:
Small dogs: 200 – 300g a day.
Medium dogs: 300 – 600g a day.
